Product Introduction
TF WH-1 use molecular designing theory, chosing the anti-high temperature and anti-salt unit: acrylamide, AMPS, crylic acid. Free radical polymerization in water solution then crosslink with crosslink agent. AMPS have strong anion structure which have good stability. AMPS have space between units, it can enhance steric hindrance, increase the rigidity of polymer molecular. Make the product have better ability on anti-high temperature, anti-calcium salt and shearing resistance. WH-1 is a new polymer filtration reduce agent which is better than normal polymer filtration reduce agent.

Application
Oildrilling industry is developing very fast, the developing trend is deep well and extradeep well. The drilling fluids must can resist higher temperature, while the most polymer filtration reducer are linear chain. They can age and sedimentation under high temperature. It affect drilling fluid performance. WH-1 have a lot of branched chains, it can be used in deep well and extradeep well and hypersalinity salt solution. It can also be used in low solid, non solid completion fluid for improving viscosity and filtration control.

Packaging and Storage
Packed in 25KG kraft paper sacks.
Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking
