High Efficiency Cleanup Additive ZP 2a
ZP 2a cleanup agent is a kind of field proven, high performance, nonionic surfactant formulations added in fracturing fluids to increase the flow-back speed (de-watering) of the injected fluids. When applied even at very low dosages, ZP 2a significantly reduces the surface tension of the fracturing fluid and creates a near-neutral surface wetting condition. Flow-back can be improved to avoid potential water blockages. ZP 2a is compatible with high temperature, concentrate acid, high salinity and oxide and has various models targeting both oil and gas wells.

Application
Recommendation of the applied concentration is 0.05% to 2.0% or by the specified usage.Cleanup Agent ZP 2a can be directly added to the fracturing fluid.
ZP 2a significantly reduces the surface tension of the fracturing fluid and increase the flow-back speed of the injected fluids.Compatible with most types of fracturing fluid additives currently widely used in oilfields.The anti-temperature is up to 150ºC.
ZP 2a can effectively reduce the trend of oil-water emulsion.

Disposal considerations
The people who in charge of this chemical must treat it as an industrial chemical, wear protective clothes according to the regular MSDS terms.

Package, transportation & storage
ZP 2a is packaged in plastic drum for 50L/dr, 200L/dr or as customer required. Bioassay information is not available upon request.  It can be transported as normal inert chemicals which should be kept in dry and the period of validity is 24 months.
